What does Free actually include?
A full, polished business page on a senloease.com subdomain. Free templates, editable content, image uploads, mobile-first design, SEO meta, the works. The only visible difference: a small "Built with Senloease" mark in the footer.
What's the difference between Monthly and Annual?
Same premium templates and features on both. Annual costs $84/yr (vs $108/yr on monthly billing) AND includes a custom domain: your-business.com pointed at your Senloease site, SSL handled. Monthly users stay at senloease.com/your-slug. If a custom domain matters, annual pays for itself.
Do I have to buy the domain from you?
No. And we'd rather you didn't. Buy your domain at any registrar (Cloudflare Registrar is cheapest, Namecheap and GoDaddy work fine too) for ~$10-15/yr. Then paste it into your dashboard and we'll show you exactly the DNS record to add. We handle verification and SSL from there.
What happens if I cancel Premium?
Your site stays exactly as it is. We never break or hide the page. Operational fields (name, hours, address, menu) stay editable so the page stays useful for your customers. Premium-only fields (gallery, team profiles, social handles, theme color) lock until you resubscribe. Our branding returns to the footer.
If I'm on Annual and cancel, what happens to my custom domain?
It stays attached. Visitors hitting your-business.com still land on your site. The footer comes back, and you can't add new domains while lapsed, but the existing one keeps working. Resubscribe and the branding goes away again.
Can I switch from Monthly to Annual later?
Yes. From your billing portal in the dashboard. Stripe handles the proration. Once on annual, the custom-domain field on your site settings unlocks.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Free is genuinely free forever. We only ask for a card when you upgrade.
