Refund Policy

We'd rather earn your subscription every month than trap you in one. This page says exactly when you get your money back. Approved refunds are issued through our payment provider to your original payment method.

1. First payment: 14-day money-back guarantee

If Premium isn't right for a website, tell us within 14 days of that website's first subscription payment and we'll refund it in full. No questions required (though we'll gladly hear what didn't work).

2. Renewals

Forgot to cancel before a renewal? It happens. Contact us within 14 days of the renewal charge and we'll refund it in full, provided the subscription hasn't been meaningfully used since the charge. Renewals older than 14 days aren't refundable, but you can cancel anytime so no further charges occur.

3. AI generation top-ups

Extra AI rounds are a separate one-time digital purchase. If none of the purchased rounds has been used, ask within 14 days and we will refund the top-up. Once any purchased round has been used, the top-up is generally non-refundable. If payment is confirmed but the rounds are not added to your account, we will either add them or refund the amount that is due.

4. Domain purchases

Domain registration begins automatically after payment is verified. Once a domain has been successfully registered, that purchase is generally non-refundable because the registry cost has already been incurred. The Premium subscription refund rules do not apply to the separate domain registration and management charge.

If we take payment but cannot complete the registration, we will review the order and either complete it or refund the amount that is due. A failed registration will not be silently treated as successful.

The same rule applies to a domain renewal. Once the registrar has successfully extended the domain, the renewal is generally non-refundable. If payment is confirmed but the renewal cannot be completed, we stop further charges and review the order for completion or the appropriate refund.

5. Cancelling is not the same as refunding

Cancelling stops future charges; it doesn't refund past ones. When you cancel, Premium stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and after that your site stays live. We never unpublish your site when you stop paying: paid editing options and monthly AI allowances become unavailable, the Built with Senloease label returns, and any connected domain pauses. Your Senloease address remains available.

6. How to request a refund

Email hello@senloease.com from your account email with the word “refund” anywhere in the message. We reply within 2 business days; approved refunds are processed through our payment provider and typically reach your payment method in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

7. The fine print, kept short

• Refunds go to the original payment method only; we can't redirect them elsewhere.
• Repeatedly subscribing, refunding, and resubscribing to farm the guarantee will end with the guarantee (and possibly the account).
• Considering a chargeback? Please contact us first. We resolve almost everything faster than a dispute does.
• Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory refund rights you have where you live; where local consumer law grants you more than this page does, the law wins.
