Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Senloease (“Senloease,” “we,” “us”) governing your use of the Senloease website, editor, website delivery, and related services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account, publishing a site, or otherwise using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business, and “you” includes it.

1. The Service

Senloease lets you create and publish a website from professionally designed templates. You can choose a design directly or use our AI website generator to prepare private design directions from your business brief. We provide the designs, guided editor, publishing, analytics, lead and email-list tools, and domain controls. You provide, review, and control the content that goes live.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live, if higher) to use the Service. You can sign in with an email address or a Google account. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your sign-in email or Google account secure, because our sign-in links grant access to anyone holding them. One person or business per account. Accounts created with false identity information may be suspended.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the content you add to your sites: text, images, menus, prices, business details, everything (“Your Content”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, cache, reproduce, and display Your Content solely to operate and promote the Service (for example, rendering your published site, generating previews, or, only with your permission, featuring your site in our showcase). This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for residual copies in backups, which are purged on their normal cycle.

You are responsible for Your Content: that you have the rights to publish it, that it is accurate, and that it complies with the laws that apply to you and your business.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to publish or do anything that:

• infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights;
• is illegal where you operate or where your audience is;
• sexually exploits or endangers minors in any way;
• promotes or organizes violence, harassment, or hatred;
• distributes malware, phishes credentials, impersonates another business, or deceives visitors about who operates the site;
• probes, overloads, scrapes at scale, or otherwise interferes with the Service's operation or other customers' sites.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this section. Where feasible we'll notify you first and give you a chance to fix the problem; for serious violations (such as phishing or content endangering minors) we act immediately.

5. Visitor enquiries, email signups, and analytics

Supported sites can include contact forms and an optional email signup. Enquiries are saved in your dashboard and may also be forwarded to the email address configured for the website. Subscriber emails are saved in its Email list. You are the controller of this visitor data and must use it lawfully, honour consent and unsubscribe choices, and keep it secure. We process it for you as described in our Privacy Policy.

We also provide privacy-conscious totals for views, QR scans, traffic sources, and button or link clicks. These figures are intended as useful estimates, not audited measurements, and can be affected by browser settings, blocked requests, repeat-visit rules, or network failures.

6. AI features

The AI website generator matches your brief to designs from our template collection, drafts website copy, and can place uploaded or stock photos. One generation round produces 3 private website directions. Every account receives 3 lifetime trial rounds. Trial rounds do not reset, and generated directions are normally retained for 7 days unless you use one to create a website sooner.

An active Premium website receives 10 generator rounds each month. These monthly rounds reset and do not roll over. On supported templates, Premium also includes up to 6 full-site rewrites and 30 individual text polishes per month. Free includes one setup rewrite on supported templates. Link-in-bio templates do not include AI writing because their content is primarily your links and labels.

After a Premium website uses its monthly generator allowance, you may buy 5 additional rounds as a separate one-time purchase. Purchased rounds belong to your account, do not expire, and are used only when a free or monthly round is not available. Purchasing AI rounds does not itself create another Premium website or pay for publishing one.

AI output can be wrong, generic, incomplete, or unsuitable. Review all text, photos, links, and facts before publishing. You are responsible for AI-assisted content exactly as if you had written or selected it yourself. Information submitted to AI and stock-photo features is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Free plan

The Free plan includes one live website at a time, Free templates, editing, publishing, the account-level AI trial described above, and one setup rewrite on supported templates. The website carries a Built with Senloease label. You may delete it and create a different Free website, but deleted pages, enquiries, subscribers, analytics, and settings cannot be restored. We may adjust the Free plan over time; if we materially reduce it, we'll give existing websites reasonable notice.

8. Paid plans and billing

Premium is a subscription for one specific website. It unlocks all available templates, removes our branding, enables template switching, includes the monthly AI allowances described above, and lets that website use a domain you already own. Monthly and Annual subscriptions include the same product features; only the billing schedule and price differ. A second Premium website needs its own subscription.

Payments are processed by the third-party payment provider identified on the payment page. Visitors in Nigeria are normally quoted in naira; visitors elsewhere are normally quoted in US dollars. You confirm your country, final currency, amount, website, and purchase before payment. The provider handles payment methods, and its buyer terms apply to the transaction alongside these Terms. Taxes or other charges, where applicable, are shown before you pay.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
• Prices are shown on the payment page before you pay. If we change pricing, existing subscribers get at least 14 days' notice before a new price applies to their renewal.
• When we offer a switch from Monthly to Annual, unused paid monthly time is credited toward the Annual price. We show the final amount before you confirm the switch.
• Your payment provider may retry a failed renewal. If payment remains unpaid, the subscription lapses as described below.
• Each website subscription and each separate domain or AI-credit purchase has its own reference. Paying for one does not upgrade, renew, cancel, or change another website.

9. Domains purchased through Senloease

Active Premium websites may be offered the option to buy an available domain through Senloease. This is a separate purchase from Premium. The payment total includes the current registration price plus the annual Senloease management fee shown before payment. Availability and pricing can change until registration is completed.

• You must provide accurate domain registrant and contact information. We share it with our registrar and domain infrastructure providers to register and manage the domain for you.
• When you explicitly accept auto-renew before payment, we save the payment method for yearly domain renewals. We normally email you about 60 days before expiry and try to charge about 30 days before expiry. The charge is the registrar's current renewal price plus the annual Senloease management fee shown in your domain settings. Registry prices can change from one year to the next.
• You can turn domain auto-renew off in your dashboard before a renewal is being processed. If it is off, we will not charge or renew the domain. The domain may then expire, become unavailable, or require an extra recovery fee. Cancelling Premium does not automatically turn off a separately purchased domain's auto-renew setting.
• If an automatic payment fails, we may retry closer to expiry and will ask you to renew manually with another payment method. We only submit the registrar renewal after payment is confirmed. If a charge result is uncertain, automatic retries stop for manual review to avoid a duplicate charge.
• Completed domain registrations are generally non-refundable because third-party registry costs are incurred immediately. If payment is taken but registration cannot be completed, we will investigate and either complete the registration or issue the appropriate refund.
• Domain transfers, ownership changes, or account deletion involving a managed domain may require help from support before they can finish.

10. Cancellation: your site is never held hostage

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and then:

• your site stays live; we do not unpublish it;
• paid editing options and monthly AI allowances become unavailable until you resubscribe;
• any connected domain stops opening the website until that website has active Premium again;
• the “Built with Senloease” label returns.

Your Senloease address remains available. Resubscribing restores Premium access and your connected domain. For refunds, see our Refund Policy.

11. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its templates, designs, software, and brand, belongs to Senloease and its licensors. Your subscription grants you a license to use the templates for sites hosted on the Service; it does not permit exporting, copying, or reselling the templates or designs outside the Service. Feedback you send us can be used to improve the Service without obligation to you.

12. Termination

You can delete your account from the dashboard unless a paid or active managed-domain order must first be resolved with support. Account deletion unpublishes your sites and removes your personal data within 30 days. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create legal risk, or abuse the Service, with notice where feasible. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 9, 11, 13, 14, and 15) survive it.

13. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We work hard on reliability but do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose, and we disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. You are responsible for keeping copies of content you can't afford to lose.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data; and our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD $50. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

15. Indemnity

If a third party brings a claim against us arising from Your Content or your breach of these Terms, you agree to indemnify us against the reasonable costs and damages of that claim.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before formal proceedings, both sides agree to try to resolve any dispute informally by contacting each other first. Write to us and we'll genuinely try to sort it out. If you are a consumer, you keep any protections of the mandatory consumer laws of the country you live in.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. For material changes we'll give at least 14 days' notice by email or in-app notice before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, the new Terms apply; if you don't agree, cancel and stop using the Service before they take effect.
