Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Senloease (“we,” “us,” the “Service”). By creating an account or publishing a site, you agree to them.

The account

You can sign up with an email address. You're responsible for keeping that email's magic-link access secure. One person or business per account. If you give us false information about who you are or what you're publishing, we can suspend the account.

What you can publish

You retain all rights to the content (text, images, menu items, photos) you upload to your site. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, cache, and display it for as long as you keep the site published.

You agree not to use the Service to publish content that:

• Infringes another person's copyright, trademark, or right of publicity
• Is illegal where your business operates
• Sexually exploits or endangers minors
• Promotes or organizes violence, harassment, or hate
• Distributes malware, phishes credentials, or attempts to deceive scanners about its true purpose

Paid plans

Premium is billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your site stays live after cancellation. We just lock premium editing and return the “Made with Senloease” footer link.

Refunds are at our discretion. We don't refund partial months of usage, but if you're unhappy with the service in the first 14 days, write to us and we'll make it right.

Removal and termination

We can suspend or remove sites that violate the rules above. We'll try to notify you first when feasible. You can delete your account anytime from the dashboard. That removes your sites and personal data within 30 days.

Service availability

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past twelve months.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email or an in-app notice with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the new version.
