GETTING STARTED
Choose a template made for your type of business, pick your website address, and answer a few simple questions. When you make it live, people can visit it at yourbusiness.senloease.com. It already looks good on phones and is set up for search engines.
No. Every template starts with example text and pictures, so you are never given a blank page. Change what you want, then make the website live. If you can fill out a form, you can use Senloease.
EDITING YOUR SITE
Sign in, open your dashboard, and choose Edit on the website you want to change. You will see your editing options beside a preview of the website. Save when you are happy with your changes.
Yes. Open Settings, then Website address. We show a warning before it changes because links and QR codes using the old address will stop working.
Yes. You can change its business name, text, pictures, and website address. It is still the same one Free website, so changing the name does not create a second Free website.
Yes. Open Settings, then Delete website. We ask you to confirm first because a deleted website cannot be restored.
VISITORS & LEADS
Yes. Your dashboard shows website views, QR scans, button clicks, and the links people use most. You do not need to set up a separate tracking tool.
Every enquiry is saved in your Lead inbox and we also email you. You can mark a lead as New, Contacted, or Resolved, save private notes, and use a quick reply to answer from your phone.
No. A quick reply opens WhatsApp or your email app with the message already written. You can check it before you send it, so nothing goes to a customer without your approval.
PLANS & BILLING
Free gives you one website using any Free template, with AI writing help during setup on supported templates. Every extra website needs its own Monthly or Annual plan. Premium gives that website every template, ongoing AI writing help with a fair usage limit, no Built with Senloease label, template switching, and the option to connect a domain you already own. Buying a new domain is a separate purchase.
The website stays live on its Senloease address and everything you added stays safe. The Built with Senloease label returns, paid editing options and ongoing AI writing help become unavailable, and a connected domain pauses until you renew Premium for that website.
Yes. A web address you own, such as yourbusiness.com, is called a domain. A Premium website can use one. Connect a domain you already own, or buy a new one through Senloease and we handle the technical connection for you. A new domain is a separate yearly purchase, and you see the full price before you pay.
We explain yearly renewal before you buy. You can turn it off later in the website settings. We email you before charging, then try to renew about 30 days before the domain expires. You pay the current renewal price plus the yearly Senloease management fee. If payment fails, you can choose Renew now and use another card.
YOUR DATA
Yes. Ask us for a downloadable file containing your text, links, opening hours, menu, and other details. The Senloease template design itself is not included in that file.
Your information is protected when it is sent or saved. Payments are handled by trusted payment companies. We do not sell your information.
