Welcome
Our Story
A love letter to the supper clubs of the twenties — restored, reimagined, and run by people who never stopped chasing the glamour of a great night out.

Since the beginning
Built for the Evening
Vesper began with a single idea: that dinner should feel like an event. We found a forgotten ballroom on Marlowe Street, polished the brass back to a glow, hung the chandelier we'd been saving for years, and opened the doors. What we serve has changed with every season, but the feeling hasn't. Low light. A full bar. A kitchen that cooks like the night depends on it — because, for our guests, it does.

What we hold to
Our House Rules
Seasonal & local
We cook with what's at its peak, from growers and fishers we know by name.
Service as theatre
Attentive, warm and unhurried — the room should feel like a performance you're part of.
Classic technique
Nothing shortcut, nothing rushed; every sauce, every cut, done the old way.
An occasion, always
Whether it's a Tuesday or an anniversary, we plate every table like it matters.
