Why we opened the doors

We started Lustre because too many salons feel like a conveyor belt — sit down, get rushed, leave with something you can't recreate. We wanted the opposite: a calm chair, a stylist who listens, and hair that works on a normal Tuesday morning. Years later, we're still small on purpose. Everyone behind a chair here is genuinely good at their craft and genuinely cares how you feel walking out. That's the whole business.
